The Premier Room with Pool Access was fantastic! We loved the direct access to the pool, which made our stay extra enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with a refrigerator and a comfortable balcony where we could unwind. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile.

However, the noise levels from the surrounding areas were quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Also, the air conditioning in our room leaked, which was a bit inconvenient.

the entrance was a bit confusing, but the beachfront access made up for it. it's just a short walk to the shops and restaurants, either side. the pools and beach club vibe were fantastic, and the food was delicious! plus, the transfers to the airport were smooth and hassle-free.

However, my room had a leaky air conditioning unit that was an inconvenience. It dripped water on the floor, which needed attention. Also, the staff could have been more proactive in resolving my issue with the air conditioning. Despite these bumps, I enjoyed the spacious beach view room. The overall ambiance and facilities were enjoyable, but there are definitely areas needing improvement, particularly with maintenance.

It's frustrating to be pestered by activity salespeople during breakfast, which detracts from the overall dining experience. The gym's hours are limited, and the equipment feels basic at best.
